La partecipazione a questo concorso avviene inviando al 'COMITATO' ACR e CRV o ai suoi delegati, una poesia, o elaborati (con un massimo di 1 x ogni sezione) in 2 copie, una con i dati dei partecipanti Nome, Cognome, Indirizzo, telefono, C. F. e-mail e Foto, l’altra con la poesia, disegno o descrizione dell’opera. La/e Copia/e dell'Antologia occorre prenotarla/e - concorso spese di € 10,00 circa cadauna e firma.. (che vale anche per la legge sulla privacy).
